In the first game against Park Gilbert, the Benedictine Mesa Softball team faced a tough challenge, yielding 4 runs in the 1st inning. Despite

Autumn Giannini to score, the Redhawks couldn't mount a comeback, falling 1-4.
However, in the second game, Benedictine bounced back with determination. They started strong, scoring two runs in the 1st inning off
Amanda Clack's homerun to center field, driving in herself and McKenzie Hamilton. Although Park managed to take the lead in the 2nd inning, scoring 4 runs, Benedictine responded fiercely. The teams traded blows until the 4th inning, when Benedictine tied the game at 6-6. In the following innings, Benedictine surged ahead, scoring 7 more runs, securing a commanding lead. The Redhawks clinched the game 13-6, with Lei Madrazo stealing home in the 7th inning.
