The Benedictine Mesa Women's Golf Team finished 2nd at the Park Gilbert Invitational, their season-opening tournament hosted by Park Gilbert at the Las Colinas Golf Club.

The team included Myranda Moreno, Amelia Haberman, Alyssa Jurado, and Sophia Sena. Myranda Moreno placed 9th, swinging an 87 in round one, an 80 in round two, and an 85 in round three, finishing with a total score of 252. Amelia Haberman finished 10th with rounds of 95, 97, and 92, totaling 284. Alyssa Jurado scored 105, 98, and 107 across the three rounds, for a final score of 310. Sophia Sena placed 12th, swinging 121, 112, and 121, for a total score of 354.

The Redhawks return to the green on Monday, September 30th, at the OUAZ Fall Invitational.
