The Benedictine Mesa women's golf team took on the challenging Bears Best Las Vegas course for the Trailblazer Classic, competing with determination over 5,988 yards of play. Despite tough conditions, the Redhawks showed grit and perseverance as they navigated the demanding layout.
Leading the way for Benedictine Mesa,
Amelia Haberman put together a solid round of 91 (+19). She showed great consistency, posting a 45 on the front nine and a 46 on the back nine, highlighted by a strong par on the par-3 6th hole.
Elena Rivera carded a 116 (+44), showing resilience and determination throughout her round.
Sophia Sena finished with a 128 (+56), battling through a challenging front nine and making adjustments along the way.
Jasmine Acosta posted a 139 (+67), displaying persistence and a never-give-up attitude on every hole.
While the course presented its fair share of challenges, the Redhawks gained valuable experience and will use this tournament as a building block for future success. With each round, the team continues to grow, and they look forward to their next tournament the ACU Dual March 31
