The fourth-seeded pair of Sophie Drollinger and Daisey Motes set the tone early with a commanding 21-7, 21-6 victory, putting Benedictine Mesa on the board in emphatic fashion. The second flight followed with an intense battle, as Megan Hicks and Annika Wallace fought off a tough challenge from Park Gilbert's Porsche Bauer and Anna DeMario to secure a 21-17, 23-21 win. In the third flight, Amaya Evans and Nichole Gary delivered a strong performance, claiming a 21-11, 21-18 victory to extend the Redhawks' lead.
