Former Benedcitine Mesa Men's Basketball standout Seth Dawson has signed his first professional contract with Portlaoise Panthers!
 
The Portlaoise Panthers compete in the 1st division of the professional basketball league in Ireland. During the 2024-25 season the Panthers won the regular season championship with a 20-2 league record. 
 
Dawson played one season for the Redhawks after competing at both the NCAA D1 and D2 levels. As a Redhawk the 6'5 guard averaged 16 points, 5 rebounds and 2.6 assists per game.
 
Dawson joins the Portlaoise Panthers in September and the season typically runs through April.
