Box Score 2 SAN MARCOS, Calif. – The Benedictine University Mesa softball team dropped two contests on the road against the University of Saint Katherine. The first game went 7-3 while the second went 8-2. The Redhawks are now 4-14 overall and 2-4 in Cal Pac play.
The Redhawks totaled 9 hits in the first game with Natasha Lawrence accounting for two of those in the leadoff spot. Tia Craig also added two hits while Mckenzie Hamilton added one hit and two runs. Stephany Aguirre also went 2-for-4 in the first game.
The Firebirds kept the Redhawks to only 3 hits in the second game with two coming from Autumn Giannini. Sabrina Ibsen also recorded a hit in game two.
