Women's Volleyball Clinches Four Set Victory Over LPU

The Benedictine Mesa Women's Volleyball team triumphed over Life Pacific in four sets after dropping the first set. The final scores were 21-25, 29-27, 25-19, and 26-24.

Set 1:
Benedictine Mesa started strong, showcasing impressive plays from Railey Druxman and Jewel Carling. However, Life Pacific capitalized on Benedictine's errors, ultimately taking the first set 25-21, despite a powerful rally that included a notable kill by Gracelynn Nez.

Set 2:
In the second set, Benedictine responded with renewed energy, taking an early lead fueled by kills from Carling and Druxman. Although Life Pacific tied the game multiple times, solid defense led by Kylie Bartel helped Benedictine secure a 29-27 victory, highlighted by clutch plays from Hailey White and a decisive service ace from Druxman.

Set 3:
Benedictine dominated the third set from the start, with an early kill by Carling and a service ace extending their lead to 2-0. Despite some attempts by Life Pacific to rally, Benedictine maintained control, with Druxman and Bartel delivering key plays. The set concluded with a solid 25-19 victory for Benedictine.

Set 4:
Facing an early setback at 0-3, Benedictine regrouped following a service error by Life Pacific. They capitalized on their opponents' attack errors and showcased strong blocking from Druxman and Carling. After tying the score at 16-16, the match became tightly contested, reaching a pivotal moment at 23-23. Benedictine called a timeout to regroup, and with renewed determination, they closed out the set 26-24 with a final service ace from Druxman, securing the match victory.
