The Benedictine Mesa Baseball 2026 schedule has been announced by head coach Travis Lawler. The upcoming season marks Lawler's first year at the helm of the Redhawks and the program's second season competing in the Greater Southwest Athletic Conference (GSAC).
Benedictine opens the season on Friday, January 23, at the Coach Calderone Invitational, beginning with a matchup against Justice College. On the second day of the tournament, the Redhawks will face Evangel University and Corban University. The month of January wraps up with a home series against Taylor University on January 30 and 31.
In early February, the Redhawks travel to California on February 6 and 7 to take on Westcliff University before returning home to host Oregon Tech on February 10. Benedictine then welcomes Spring Arbor University on February 19, followed by a road doubleheader at Justice College on February 20 and a neutral-site matchup against Fraser Valley on February 21. GSAC play officially begins on February 26 and 27, as the Redhawks host La Sierra University.
March opens with a conference road trip to Ottawa on March 6 and 7. The Redhawks briefly step out of conference play to host Madonna University on March 10, before heading back to California to face Hope International on March 13 and 14. Benedictine then travels to Embry-Riddle for games on March 20 and 21 and closes out the month with a home series against The Master's University on March 27 and 28.
April begins with a home series against Justice College on April 3 and 4, followed by a cross-town road matchup against rival Park Gilbert on April 10 and 11. The regular season concludes at home, where the Redhawks will host Arizona Christian University.
