Benedictine University Mesa Athletics is excited to announce the hiring of Mike Miller as the next head coach of the women's soccer program.
Miller is a former competitive soccer player and highly experienced coach with a strong passion for player development, team culture, and leadership. He currently serves as the Director of Coaching for Santos SC, overseeing player development from the grassroots level through professional pathways. His coaching background includes serving as Director of Coaching with Santos, assistant coach at Benedictine University Mesa, head coach of MSC United's UPSL team, and boys varsity head coach at Red Mountain High School, where he led the program for 13 years. Miller holds an extensive list of coaching credentials, including the USSF Academy Director License, USSF C License, USSF National Youth License, USC Premier Diploma, USC Director of Coaching Diploma, and USC Goalkeeping Levels I and II. He is committed to creating positive, disciplined environments that foster accountability, leadership, and a love for the game while supporting the growth of student-athletes both on and off the field. A proud father of three sons, Miller and his family have deep roots in the Arizona soccer community.
