Eric Klutke was named to the GSAC All-Conference Team after an impressive season with the Redhawks, competing in 7 of the 8 tournaments Benedictine Mesa played this year.
Klutke got off to a modest start, finishing 28th out of 35 at the Park University Shootout. However, he quickly found his stride. In the very next event, the Embry-Riddle Fall Invite, he placed 2nd out of 28 and played a key role in helping the Redhawks win the tournament.
He continued to build momentum at the Firestorm Fall Invite, finishing 8th out of 56. Kicking off the spring season at the Sea Beggar Invitational, Klutke once again took 2nd place, this time out of 40 competitors.
At the highly competitive Maverick Desert Classic—hosted by a Division II program—he held his own against top talent, finishing 21st out of 83. He followed that up with a 7th-place finish out of 100 golfers at The Battle.
In the GSAC Conference Tournament, Klutke capped off his stellar season with a 4th-place finish, helping the Redhawks secure 2nd place overall in the team standings.
