Game 1 –Benedictine Mesa 8, Westcliff 7
In a back-and-forth opener, Benedictine Mesa edged past Westcliff 8-7 thanks to timely hitting and a push in the 4
th inning. The Redhawks struck first, but Westcliff responded with a pair of early bursts to go up 5–2. Benedictine answered with a six-run fourth inning—highlighted by RBI from
Leiana Madrazo and
Mackenzie Larson and a three-run double from
Chloe Wright—to take a 8–5 lead.
Westcliff chipped away, cutting it to 8–6 in the fourth before breaking through in the seventh to add one more run. But Benedictine was able to hold on for the win8-7.
Game 2 – Westcliff 10, Benedictine Mesa 9
Game two featured momentum swings throughout, with Westcliff ultimately walking off for a 10–9 victory. The Warriors built an early 3–1 lead before Benedictine rallied in the sixth with three runs to briefly go ahead 5–4. In the 7
th, both teams traded blows—Calderon's RBI double added to Benedictine's lead,, but the Warriors answered with two runs to stay alive.
The Redhawks surged ahead 8–6 in the ninth on
Chloe Wright's RBI triple, but Westcliff rallied once more to take the win 10-9 in extra innings.
Game 3 – Benedictine Mesa 12, Westcliff 5
The Redhawks dominated game three behind a relentless offense and steady pitching, rolling to a 12–5 win. Benedictine jumped out to a 3–0 lead in the first two innings, but Westcliff briefly closed the gap to 3–2. The Redhawks responded with runs in the fourth, then broke the game open with a three-run fifth and a four-run sixth. Jenkins, Young, and Madrazo all delivered multi-RBI performances, while Gabriel and Wright provided key table-setting at the top.
Westcliff scored once in the sixth but managed just one baserunner the rest of the way as Benedictine's bullpen closed the door.
Game 4 – Benedictine Mesa 3, Westcliff 1
In the series finale, Benedictine Mesa used early offense and lockdown pitching to secure a 3–1 win.
Westcliff struck first with a run in the opening inning, but the Redhawks quickly answered with back-to-back extra-base hits from
Chloe Wright and
Alexandra Lopez to tie it. Benedictine added two more in the third on RBI hits from Jenkins and Madrazo.
From there, pitching took over. The Redhawks held Westcliff scoreless over the final six innings, escaping a bases-loaded jam in the second and allowing only one hit after the fourth. Benedictine stranded two runners in the seventh but maintained control to close out the victory.
